Binge drinking has rapidly become one of the hot topics for politicians, family groups and the media in recent times.

Prime Minister Rudd’s crusade against youth binge drinking has taken shape in the form of taxes on alcopops and renewed campaigning to stop the endemic drinking culture.

So far, however, there has been one group missing from the dialogue: young people themselves.

We asked young people their opinions on the youth binge drinking epidemic and here’s what they had to say.
