Bouncers on power trips!

The once so glamorous party scene on the Gold Coast has changed, and every weekend people end up in hospital after altercations with bouncers and various security staff. Worst case scenario, the patrons never make it home. Does this mean it is no longer safe for patrons to enjoy a night out? Are the people hired to protect us really out biggest threat?
